The Bells - A Country Pub in the City
A warm welcome awaits you at one of Sydney’s friendliest old pubs. We like to think of The Bells as ‘A Country Pub in the City,’ a great place to pull up a chair, enjoy a relaxing drink or a spot of lunch and the traditional hospitality of a family run pub.

A top line-up of Aussie and world beers, fresh cooked pub food, outdoor seating, plus, live music Thursday nights.
Music: Checkout the Vintage Valves - Bells Hotel tribute song!

The Bells Hotel brings you the best of everything you’d expect in a traditional Aussie pub: Good beer, a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, big screen TVs, an old school juke box, darts and pool table.

Ask about free-hire of the function room + BBQ - perfect for social or work occasions.

The Bells first opened it’s doors in Woolloomooloo in 1922, making the hotel 95 next birthday, and we’re still going strong!
In fact, there has been a pub on this exact location dating back to the original ale house ‘Punches’ in1868, when east Sydney was dominated by vibrant working wharves and the Garden Island naval base.
